This policy explains what information Sabelio ("we", "us") collects when you use sabelio.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
- Email permission: whether you agreed to receive tips, updates and offers from us, and when.
- Approximate location: the country you sign in from, worked out by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address.
- Usage: the YouTube channel links you paste, the previews we create for you, what you download, and when you were last active.
Why we collect it
- To create your account and let you sign in.
- To make and save your channel previews.
- To understand how Sabelio is used so we can improve it.
- To send you marketing emails, only if you agreed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Google and YouTube
Sabelio uses YouTube API Services to read public information about the channels you paste, such as the channel name, video titles, view counts and thumbnails. By using Sabelio you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. If you sign in with Google, we only receive your name, email address and profile picture. You can remove Sabelio's access at any time from your Google security settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to run Sabelio: Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (website hosting) and Google (sign-in and YouTube data). If we use an email service to send newsletters, we share only the emails of people who agreed to receive them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account.
- Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe, or Nigeria's Data Protection Act), you may have additional rights.

Children
Sabelio is not intended for children under 13, and you must be old enough to have your own YouTube account to use it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
